French Vintage Pair of Louis XVI Style Bedside Tables
-
Description
Dimensions: 26” H x 15” W x 9 ⅝” D
A pair of French, early to mid-20th century petite bedside tables offering two drawers in mahogany frames. Inset white marble tops are surrounded by a short, pierced brass gallery edge and cut with a low opening at the front. This lovely set would be ideal for a small bedroom or as end tables offering a bit of storage near a seating arrangement. There are two drawers per table, outlined in brass trim, opening by small brass knobs. Thin, tapered legs with fluted carvings underscore the Louis XVI influence although these lightly patinated side tables would fit less regal settings as well. Cleaned and tightened, polished with a French paste wax–ready to join your interior. Please view the detailed images to see the current condition. Light surface scratches and watermark rings to be expected with age and use. One table has a repaired crack in the back left corner that is secured by the brass gallery. Sold as a pair. -
