Louis XV Style Chest of Drawers in a White Patina; circa 1880

$ 3,400
  • Description
    French Louis XV Style Chest of Drawers hand-painted in ivory, patinated over time and finished with brass accents. Tailored lines and visually appealing scrollwork adorn the entire facade. The undulating apron with cabriole legs supports two large lower drawers and two smaller drawers with a concealed fifth drawer centered between. The brass hardware and escutcheons complete the timeless appeal of this stunning chest of drawers. There are splits and cracks to the top and side panels. They do not affect the appeal nor the structure of the piece, but rather add further to its provincial charm.
