Maison Jansen demi-lune bronze and mirror shelving unit 1932
-
Description
This is a beautiful neoclassical wall mounted shelving unit designed by Stephane Boudin for Maison Jansen in 1932. It features four shelves with mirrored glasses, and the classic Louis XVI Maison Jansen attributs, with elegant lines, and a pinecone on the top. This piece was installed in the master bathroom of a large mansion in Neuilly, which was fully furnished by Maison Jansen in 1932. It would be a perfect addition to a classic bathroom or dressing, to display a collection of perfume bottles. All the mirrored glasses have been replaced, and the bronze demi-lune structure has been fully cleaned, keeping a beautiful overall patina.
