A matched pair of painted bowfront French chests of drawers in an updated chinoiserie style with splay legs. This is a matched pair, meaning there are slight variations in the measurements. Each featured a two-over-two drawer configuration. Bamboo detail and later paint with a pinstripe have been added. Some loss to paint. Wear consistent with age and use. Large 36.5"w x 20"d x 36"h, Small 35.5"w x 20"d x 34.5"h.
