-
Description
A petite Venetian 18th century period Rococo painted wood vitrine with carved crest and glass door. Created in Italy during the Rococo period, this Italian table top vitrine features an exquisite ribbon-tied floral carved crest, elegantly resting on a bonnet-shaped cornice. The façade showcases a glass door opening to two inner shelves, the upper one being made of glass. Flanked with canted side posts, the ensemble is raised on delicately carved feet, following the sides' angle. With its sinuous Rococo lines, skillfully carved crest and light cream color, this petite 18th century glass door Venetian vitrine will make for an exquisite decorative accentuation in any home, perhaps anchoring a commode, console table or credenza.
