    11140 AN INTERESTING CARVED OAK ARTS AND CRAFTS PERIOD LIBRARY OR CENTER TABLE WITH UNUSUAL GEOMETRIC SEGMENTED TOP Possibly American. Last Quarter Of The Nineteenth Century. Measurements: Height 29″ (73.7 cm) Length: 93 1/4″ (236.8 cm) Depth 48″ (121.9 cm).

    Of oak. The rectangular top of semicircular ended form is composed of a ‘parquet’ of two abutting circular radial petal form motifs. The curved and arched trestle base ends with meandering leaf patterns. The legs united by a flat molded stretcher centered by a carved floral double crested motif. The whole raised on shallow gadrooned carved feet. The top has old rebacking.
