Description
A distinctive French coffee table from the 1980s featuring a decorative parquet top arranged in an “Old Wind Rose” pattern. The square surface is crafted from reclaimed blond oak parquet flooring, creating a warm geometric composition that highlights the natural variation of the wood.
The tabletop rests on a gray patinated wrought iron base formed with scrolling elements, lending movement and lightness to the structure while maintaining stability. The contrast between the architectural ironwork and the textured parquet surface reflects the blend of traditional craftsmanship and late 20th-century decorative design.
Compact in scale and versatile in function, the table works equally well as a coffee table or sofa end table. Its balanced proportions and refined materials allow it to integrate easily into both classic and contemporary interiors.
This is an antique and having been around for a long time, it will show signs of wear. Antique pieces have very much sought-after character and associated flaws. Please review photos for condition & contact us with questions! -
