Description
An English sofa table with rounded corner rectangular top in rare calamander wood and edge inlay of calamander and ebony above scrolled front apron with gilt bronze flowers and two drawers with ebony moldings to front side, over turned-mahogany column supported on four knees with downswept legs beneath, ending in decorative brass shoes and castors. Wonderful patination and elegant stance. England, circa 1820.
