Description
This is a classic example of a D-end fold-over early 19th century English Games or Card Table.
The table features a beautifully grained fold-over top support by line-inlaid finely proportioned legs with a gate-leg configuration. The fine mahogany graining, line inlay and elegant legs make this a stand out example of gGeorgian games tables. The table is in very good condition with an old, but probably not original surface. There is an old minor veneer restoration to the right hand edge and normal patination. The table can be used in multiple settings, in addition to a card or games table. -
