Description
New England, ca. 1740.
Maple base with pine top, pine secondary wood.
Great condition, no restoration or replacements, with history of several painted surfaces.
In a desirable compact diminutive size, the table has survived in a remarkable state of preservation.
The two-board pine top with bread-board ends overhangs a frame with a drawer, supported by block and ring-turned legs and joined by stretchers with turned ball feet, fully intact. -
