Description
The elegant Giraffe console table is finely crafted by hand with distinctive joinery, beautiful woods and inlay. The European plane tree veneered top is surrounded by ebony inlay and bordered with solid maple. The maple is beveled on the long edges and shaped at the slightly heavier, more overhanging ends. The maple legs are gracefully curved and joined to the arched aprons with haunched mortise and tenon joinery for a strong and handsome connection. Two arched rails support the lower display shelf with the aid of two sculpted, ebonized supports. This table can be recreated as is, or made to order with a variety of wood combinations to choose from. Please contact me to discuss.
