French 19th Century Chestnut Coffee Table

This wonderful chestnut coffee table was made in France, circa 1860. This provincial antique has bountiful country charm and a farmhouse style that will warm any space. The table has a drawer suspended from the apron that provides storage for remote controls or any frequently used items that tend to clutter your otherwise beautiful table. Four solid, chamfered legs lift the table to a height of 20 1/4?. They are further supported by a low stretcher. One hundred sixty years has imparted a remarkable aged patina that will only improve over the next one hundred sixty. c.1860.
