French Mid-Century Brutalist Pine Dining Table

$ 5,200
  • Description
    Dimensions: 29” H x 78 ½” W x 36 ¼” D

    A vintage French pine dining table from circa 1960, that blends the artisanal spirit of the mid-century Brutalist movement with the familiarity of provincial craft. The thick pine planks of the top reveal their natural chatoyancy underneath the dark stain that deepens the rippling grain patterns. Its massive legs have a confident splay to them, creating a subtle yet striking architectural balance crossed with stretcher bars, ending on spherical feet. The original table design is attributed to Georges Robert, although there are no markings to be certain. We believe this to be in good antique condition considering its age, and any visible signs of wear are captured in the photos. Please view the detailed image gallery for the current condition and message us with any questions.
