featuring a molded-edge rectangular top raised on substantial turned legs joined by a box stretcher. Originally of greater height and later reduced, the table retains its impressive proportions and robust character.

Crafted in a combination of walnut and oak, the piece displays a rich, warm patina acquired through centuries of use. The boldly turned supports and heavy stretcher base exemplify the sturdy craftsmanship and restrained elegance associated with French provincial furniture of the period.
