Description
Versatile dining table designed by Danish designer Niels Koefed in collaboration with the workshop of Koefoeds Møbelfabrik during the 1960s. Crafted from Brazilian rosewood, this table functions as a console, writing, or dining table with a practical approach to servicing functionalism and comfort. Kofoed's philosophy for this multi-functional table was to create a unique style using soft round details, like its oval tabletop, flowing lines on its sculpted spider-like base, and its knuckle hinges that allow it to easily dropdown. It's superb craftsmanship, and minimalistic approach to its fabrication gives it an element of functional beauty pertinent to the Danish Modern style. Our expert craftsmen team has meticulously refinished our table to show its natural rosewood grain for a beautiful warm and clean aesthetic. All while keeping all original design elements and craftsmanship, to maintain the classic essence of Koefed's design and vision.
