Fine pair of 18th Century Italian rococo console tables, the faux painted wood tops imitating Sienna marble with scalloped sides and molded edge over foliate and rocaille carved frames in original blue paint and silver "mica" gilt surface, the aprons with boldly carved shells on diaper pattern ground, standing on cabriole legs with scrolled feet.
