Expertly crafted in 18K gold with a large 3 dimensional flower encrusted with an ombre effect in blue and white sapphires and linked with a gold skull closure. Marked Gucci, 750 , Made in Italy. Flower measures 2 inches in diameter and gold skull is 5/8" x 1". Fits approximate 7.5 wrist size. Weighs approx 131 g or 84.3 dwt. Style and elegance at its best!
