A Mexican modern brooch by Antonio Pineda circa 1950-60s. The minimalistic piece features a silver shaft with a curved end and a set-in drop of amethyst on the other. Stamp marked with the artist's logo, Hecho en Mexico, 970 and Eagle 17.
A quiet statement from one of the most celebrated modern Mexican silversmiths. The size is 2.75" x 1" x 0.5". -
