9 Tsavorite Garnet weight is approximately 4.75 carats TWT.
7 Old European Cut Diamond weight is approximately .35 carats TWT
Original 18K yellow gold 1 1/4" long pin back with a C-clasp.
The brooch measures over 2" long, and about 1 1/2" wide.
