L' ANTIQUAIRE
Member of the following market(s):
Connecticut | New York City
L’Antiquaire is a jewel of a shop located in Westport Connecticut in the iconic National Hall Historic District overlooking the Saugatuck River. Founded in 1998 by owner, Christine Savignol, the shop caters to A-list designers and architects as well as private individuals from all over the country.
The shop features clean and architectural, high-end imported furniture – 19th and 20th Century Biedermeier, Neo-Classic and Art Deco pieces that are never fussy and particularly suited to today’s contemporary lifestyle and aesthetic. The accent is on rare and fine woods, rich patinas in impeccable condition.
Lighting is a primary feature of L’Antiquaire’s collection. Unique antique, vintage and custom blown Italian fixtures including Murano, Venini and Seguso chandeliers, lanterns, and sconces are just a few of the treasures found in this stellar collection.
Fine accessories thoughtfully selected for their rarity and sculptural quality provide elegant gifts and final touches to the edited modern interior. Exquisite and one of a kind modern Murano signed vases, sculpture, and oversized bowls are always featured in the collection. A selection of period mirrors and cutting edge custom made contemporary mirrors, glass tables, and consoles are also available.
Additionally L’Antiquaire offers customizable solutions to the needs of commercial and residential firms.
