Bing & Grøndahl is a Danish porcelain company that was founded in 1853 by Frederik Vilhelm Grøndahl and brothers Meyer Hermann Bing and Jacob Herman Bing. The company quickly gained a reputation for producing high-quality porcelain, and its products became popular among the Danish royal family and other European nobility.

Bing & Grøndahl's porcelain products are known for their intricate designs and meticulous attention to detail. The company's most famous designs include its Blue Fluted pattern, which features a distinctive blue and white floral motif, and its Christmas plates, which have been produced annually since 1895 and feature a different winter-themed design each year.

In addition to its tableware and decorative items, Bing & Grøndahl also produced figurines, many of which depict animals and birds in realistic and lifelike poses. These figurines are highly collectible and sought after by collectors around the world.

Bing & Grøndahl was acquired by Royal Copenhagen in 1987, and the two companies now operate as a single entity, known as Royal Copenhagen-Bing & Grøndahl. Despite this merger, Bing & Grøndahl's distinctive designs and high-quality porcelain continue to be produced and enjoyed by collectors and enthusiasts around the world.
