Description
Interesting ring, an image of an Elk in the Intaglio surrounded by inscription " Semper Vigilans" , meaning Ever Vigilant. The ring is a size 3.75 but can be re-sized.. The Bloodstone oval intaglio measures 7/16"w x 1/2" h (1.1 cm x 1.25 cm). Set in a beautiful 18K yellow gold carved armorial buck, it shows a London hallmark WP (see photo) and dates from early to mid 19th century. Approx. 3.4 dwt.
