Berber-woven 100% wool rug, made in Rabat, Morocco at S.A.F.T (Société Africaine de Filature et Tissage Rabat Morocco), circa 1970s. Tribal diamond motif throughout with attractive color usage.
Measures roughly: L 105.25" x D 70.5"
Imported by Ernest Treganowan Inc., the renowned rug retailer, for his New York City showroom housed in the interior design building on E. 61st St.
Retains the "S.A.F.T." cloth label.
