Description
Very fine Art Deco dining room table from Southern France, circa 1930.
Beautiful and expressive walnut roots veneer, high-gloss lacquered with clear hard Piano lacquer.
Thick top plate with chromed decorative trim around the bottom edge.
The leg is also veneered in walnut roots, while the plinth is black lacquered and has several chrome-plated metal parts. The plate can be screwed and taken off from the leg.

Origin: France Period: 1920-1949 Materials: Galvanized Chrome, Veneer Walnut, Lacquered Walnut, Metal. Condition: Good. Very stable and excellent restoration work. Some of the chromed metal parts have been added. Two component Polyurethan lacquer, high-gloss polished. Hard lacquer, not sensitive to water.
