Handsome and rare adjustable table by Josef Frank (1885-1967) for Svenskt Tenn, having a round top in glorious radiating burl veneer on an English-inspired mahogany pedestal with three legs; Sweden; model number 971 designed in 1945. The versatile design can go from a tea-height coffee table or side table to a dining table by releasing the knob and pulling up.
