A model 'Scandia Senior' lounge chair, designed in 1957 by Hans Brattrud for Hove Möbler, Norway. The chair has a seating of bent plywood with a rosewood veneer and stands on a chrome-plated steel frame. It comes with a black leatherette headrest and a sheepskin.
Hans Brattrud (1933 - 2017) was a Norwegian architect and furniture designer. He designed the Scandia chair as a student project at the National Academy of Craft and Art Industry, Oslo. -
