Description
1960s Sergio Mazza 'Pi' wall lights for Artemide. Executed in nickeled brass, black painted metal and opaline glass. This incomparably architectural and refined Italian wall lamp emits a warmly filtered light through its blown opaline glass shade.
Born in Italy in 1931, Sergio Mazza created numerous iconic designs for Artemide throughout the 1960s, from a range of lighting to fiberglass molded seating and other home furnishings which due to their limited production runs have become highly collectible with their clean lines and intuitive utility.
Rewired with black PVC cord and accommodates a single 75 watt max equivalent LED medium base bulb. Not UL listed, but UL listing possible from authorized 3rd party vendor for an additional fee. Please contact us for more details.
Wear consistent with age and use. Perfect glass. Repainted to match original design. One representative example shown in photos. Some scuffs, dents, variation and patina noted only for accuracy as largely shown. Retains original unmodified Italian backplate.
Price per item. All sales final. 13 lamps in stock. -
