Description
Truly an exceptional, statement piece from Berlin. His Lil’ Angel is perhaps the most eyecatching and iconic of his works depicting the Guardian Angels. The Guardian Angels loomed large in the lives of New Yorkers in the 1980’s and are starting to do so again. They played a role in Berlin’s life in New York in the 1980’s and he has returned to them to pay tribute as they experience a resurgence.
