Warren McArthur commercial display rack for hats.
Cool design reminds me of Marcel Duchamp's bottle rack only edited by Warren McArthur.
Whether it was Bonwit and Teller or Stetson Hat Company this was the commercial premium display for hats in the 1930s.
In good vintage condition unrestored as photoed. -
