Description
Two shallow glass bowls in ultramarine blue, with applied platinum foil, and two glass amorphic - globe shades. Each globe is half opaque-white and half clear. All glass is hand-blown by the artist. Black-patinated bent brass arm with chrome-plated mounts. Base of Carrara Bardiglio Nuvolato polished marble. This fixture is fitted with 2 x candelabra sockets (recommended bulb KX-2000), which put out 960 lumens each (100W equivalent), and has a floor dimmer.
Each lamp is custom made to order: standard colorways for glass bowls include opaque black, opaque white, ultramarine blue, or lapis blue; Japanese foil 24K gold or platinum. Marble - Carrara Bardiglio Nuvolato (blueish-gray) or Carrara White Venatino, either honed or polished. Several metal finish options are available.
These fixtures are signed by the artist and made here in New York City. 12 - 15 week lead time required. -
