Description
A very refined set of eight "Juliane" chairs designed by the Danish designer Johannes Andersen in 1965 for Uldum Mobelfabrik. Behind this design lies a craft and sensuality that actually reveals it at first sight. Its reclining backrest primarily provides sublime seating comfort and from an aesthetic point of view, it has an organically stylized shape. The so-called heart of the backrest is also the intersection where the rest of the backrest comes together in an unusual wood joinery. This also applies to the round joints on the leg and together ensure a very robust quality. These chairs are made of very appealing teak that garnered a lovely patina over the years and has been reupholstered in a blend of linen and cotton. Behind the small wooden knobs on the frame are bolts that can be tightened over time if there is clearance after intensive use. The "Juliane" chairs are a true embodiment of sophisticated cultural design and have more than withstood the test of time. In addition, they are an elegant enrichment of your interior and at the same time a responsible investment.
