Brutalist Wall Sculpture

Sold Sold
  • Description
A Mid Century Brutalist Wall Sculpture of the period. Brutalist Abstract Wall Art Sculpture made of fiberglass. Large scale Brutalist Sculpture of abstract protruding geometric polygon shapes and triangular 3D pyramid shapes presented as scalene triangles. Scalene Triangle is a triangle in which all three sides have different measurements. The frame in black has a wood type grain detail and is all part of the sculpture as one piece. The fiberglass is covered in a gold tone paint having black underneath the gold. Very compelling piece with fantastic presence and impact. Can be hung horizontally or vertically, both hanger positions are built into the back of the fiberglass. The conception and implementation of varied angles and sizes coming together into a group of protrusions forming a large protrusion was a complex creation made as a cast piece that was reproduced using a mold. An outstanding Brutalist Art Piece with a major wow factor.
