Description
Mixed-woods dining table designed by Milo Baughman for Directional's "Gallery One" line (ca. 1961, USA). Composed of alternating banding of walnut, rosewood and butternut (original black lacquer on legs and apron is intact and is a matte finish, not polished or glossy). The table includes the two bookmatched leaves each measuring 20" long .
Conservatively refinished condition with only a couple of light scuffs, as shown. Overall, excellent, vintage condition.
Overall dimensions (no leaves) H: 30.25" x L: 72" x D: 39"
Without the leaves: 72" long
With one leaf: 91.88" long
With both leaves: 112" long
Without leaves, the length between the legs (horizontally) is: 40.25"
When fully extended, the length between the legs (horizontally) is: 80.25"
The length between the legs (vertically) is: 26"
The height from the floor to the apron is: 27.25"
The height from the floor to the black base is: 25.63"
The distance from the apron to the black base: 4.25" (depth)
