Description
An Italian Rococo period framed still-life oil on canvas painting from the late 18th century, depicting a colorful bouquet. Created in Italy during the third quarter of the 18th century, this framed painting captures our attention with its joyous depiction of an opulent bouquet displayed in a simple vase. Standing out beautifully on a neutral grey background, the flowers are an explosion of pastel tones, such as pinks, whites, oranges and greens. Set inside a carved gilt frame, this Italian still-life painting circa 1770 will enliven any wall beautifully, perhaps hung above a commode, side table or credenza.
