Description
On offer for your consideration we have this very fine example of a silver caddy spoon designed by Omar Ramsden, made in London in 1928.
From the famous Omar Ramsden stone mounted series of silver caddy spoons, with its three cornelian cabochons this spoon is a particularly fine example. The spot hammered, pear-shape bowl is clearly hallmarked to the reverse whilst the tendril handle is delicately decorated with a beading around the cornelian bosses.
This is one of Omar Ramsden's best caddy spoon designs, 3.5" long and clearly hallmarked number for 1928 and London mark. -
