Description
PAIR OF EMPIRE PERIOD SILVER CANDLESTICKS CONVERTED TO TABLE LAMPS
Pair of early 19th century silver candlesticks with downward tapering square columns. Four female busts in the Grecian style sit at the top of each column on each side under the bobeche decorated with leaf and berry design.
The circular bases are decorated with rosettes and swans. France c.1810.
Converted to lamps with faux candles and electrified for the UK. Shown with 14" gathered silk shades available separately.
