Ioan Nemtoi Modern Monumental Studio Art Glass Vase, Bucharest, Romania

Offered for sale is a large and quite substantial studio-blown art glass vase by Ioan Nemoti of Bucharest, Romania. The blue vase is dramatic with large gold-infused accents blown within the design. The vase is signed at the base. The original artist's information is affixed to the bottom.

Nemoti was born in 1964 in Trusesti, Botosani, Romania, and studied at The Academy of Fine Arts, Bucharest. In 1991 he obtained his B.A in Ceramics, Glass, and Metal. He later studied in Sweden with Kosta Boda at Bucharest Fine Arts Academy. Nemoti's works are now selling throughout Europe and the US as well as being shown in major art exhibitions and private collections. The artist maintains a permanent exhibit at his own Ioan Nemtoi Gallery in Soho, New York.
