This charming Pair of Mid-Century Modernist Hand-Blown Murano Glass Bowls W/ Scalloped Edges & Millefiori Detailing W/24 Karat Gold Flecks originate from Italy, Circa 1950. Featuring a lovely rhythm and visual presence with the scalloped edge detailing, these bowls set on raised bases achieving a beautiful silhouette and putting the hand-blown detailing and stunning array of colors on full display. Working beautifully as a pair and each containing brilliant and uniquely colored murines composing the millefiori motif, turquoise, mauve, alizarin crimson, whites, and yellows are opaquely rendered with glittering 24Karat Gold Flecks stimulating the senses and providing a luxurious feel within these playful and charming bowls. These will style beautifully in a wide array of spaces and settings, from Mid-Century Modernist to Contemporary and Minimal Interiors. In Excellent Vintage Condition.
