Lithograph on paper.
15 ½” x 20 ½” (with frame).
Excellent condition, faint toning. Matted and framed.
Provenance: Private Collection, Boston.
This work titled, “Aphelion” is a view located in Eastport, Maine. Stow Wengenroth studied in New York at the Art Students League and the Grand Central Art School. He is renowned for his carefully articulated scenes of the New England seacoast with craggy rocks, lighthouses, boats and the sea.
