Description
The shaped rectangular marble top above a single decorated door with two Chinese lacquer panels depicting figures in gardens, supported by cabriole legs with gilt bronze chutes on angles and mounts to feet.

Retains maker's label "Gouffé" for Maison Gouffé. Gouffe is a very highly regarded Faubourg Saint-Antoine Paris furniture manufacturer - largely famous for training and manufacturing French cabinetmaker, Jean Royere.

This piece is perfect for an entryway, below a mirror, as a drop zone, or in the dining room as a petit server. It is a great statement piece!
