Description
This magnificent two-part Oriental China cabinet is a true testament to masterful craftsmanship, designed to serve as a grand curio or china display cabinet for treasured collectibles. Crafted from solid rosewood using traditional joinery techniques, this exceptional piece ensures long-lasting durability while showcasing intricate artistry.
The exterior is adorned with meticulously hand-carved grape and vine motifs, lending an elegant and organic touch to the entire structure. The upper section features three glass shelves, offering ample display space, while the interior is painted in a soft white hue to enhance visibility and contrast. Originally equipped with four halogen lights, the cabinet can be rewired for lighting customization if desired.
The lower section mirrors the exquisite carved detailing of the upper portion and is designed for additional storage. It includes one wooden shelf on each side and three top drawers lined with brown felt, perfect for storing delicate items.
Standing approximately 86 inches in height, 72 inches in width, and 19.5 inches in depth, this cabinet is both a statement piece and a functional masterpiece. In good antique condition with only minor wear consistent with age and use, this breathtaking solid rosewood cabinet is an heirloom-quality addition to any refined interior, seamlessly blending beauty, tradition, and practicality. -
