A finely crafted Mid-century Danish credenza designed by Ib Kofod-Larsen for Brande Møbelfabrik, Denmark, 1958. Finely crafted from old-growth Brazilian rosewood, the sideboard features a raised edge, finished back, and book-matched, dynamic grain patterns on the cabinet doors and drawers. each with sculpted pulls, which open to reveal a birch interiors. The cabinet is raised on elegant cylindrical legs, with steel angled brackets, highlighting the clean lines and refined architectural form characteristic of early Danish modern design.
The cabinet has been professionally restored in a natural oil finish and are in excellent condition, showing only minor signs of age-appropriate wear.
