A framed black and white street photograph by Vivian Maier (American, 1926-2009), Wilmette, IL (Young Man at Beach). The work was created in late 1960s. The gelatin silver print was printed late in an edition of 15. The photograph is numbered in ink on rectos (1 /15) and marked with Vivian Maier Prints stamps, signed by Jeff Goldstein with print date.

The Image measures 12"x 12". Housed in a white archive wood frame under Musuem Quality Tru Vue Glass.
Vivian Maier took photos anonymously and obsessively throughout her life. Only toward the very end of her life, due to poverty, her films were discovered by accident and made known to the public. Her street life pictures are now considered great work of art and documentary of American life in the 20th century. -
