Pair of brass wall lights in the shape of a lily pad with stem. Each holds a light bulb surrounded by brass to represent a flower bud about to open. Produced by Maison Florart, France, c. 1970s. -

For the last thirty years, Valerie Wade has been supplying interior decorators, architects and fashion designers with her unique mix of furniture, lighting and objects. Ranging seamlessly from the 1920s to the 1980s, the collection is peppered with international names; Paolo Buffa, Oswaldo Borsani, Venini, Jean-Michel Frank, Marcel Breuer, Karl Springer, Steve Chase and Cedric Hartman. Unnamed pieces are chosen on aesthetics, function and wit.
