PH Artichoke by Poul Henningsen
-
Description
This striking pendant features 72 metal leaves in 12 precise rows of six, creating soft, glare-free light in every direction. Its name reflects the unique, layered design that radiates light both inward and outward.
This example is an early version, identifiable by its single suspension wire. In good vintage condition, with a light patina consistent with age.
Designed by Poul Henningsen in 1958 for the Langelinie Pavillionen restaurant in Copenhagen, where it still hangs today. - More Information
