Description
The Lalanda dining chair features a lacquered metal frame paired with rich cognac-whiskey patinated leather. Its minimal, architectural lines are complemented by the warm character of beautifully aged leather. Each chair carries an original fabric label for the Spanish company Kron, adding historical authenticity to the piece. Only two chairs are available, each showcasing unique patina and artisanal detailing. Priced per piece.
Gianfranco Frattini (1926–2004) was an influential Italian architect and designer known for merging craftsmanship with refined modernism. A student of Gio Ponti, he developed a design language rooted in structural clarity and elegant restraint. His work often reflects his deep expertise in woodworking, combined with a playful sensitivity for form. Frattini’s contributions helped shape the evolution of Italian mid-century design, making his pieces highly collectible today. -
