Carved wood settee executed in the Louis XV style, highlighted by a central floral carved crest and flowing rococo contours. The frame retains a silver leaf finish, lending the piece a distinctive luminosity and reflecting the influence of the Art Deco sensibility prevalent at the time of its creation. Newly upholstered, the settee offers a harmonious blend of 18th-century French design vocabulary with early 20th-century decorative refinement.
