Description
We’ve always felt a strong affinity for Alberto Giacometti’s signature style, abstracted human forms cast in deep bronze that draw the viewer in for closer inspection.
Porta Romana, a renowned maker of objects of the highest quality, has expertly captured the essence of Giacometti in this pair of lamps.
The pair features the human form of both a man and a woman, each firmly meeting the table’s surface with a generous base, stamped with the maker’s mark at the rear. The original shallow elliptical lampshades are included. - More Information

Message from Seller:
Stories exist in many forms, we see them in objects. The aesthetic of those before us is passed down through their surviving creations. These are the objects we search for; to preserve, refine, & continue the story. Object Refinery combines design obsession, fine craftsmanship, and a love for history in our worldwide search for objects. Based in Connecticut, USA; we partner with a network of local artisans to restore and refine our findings before passing them on to the next collector.
