Description
Fine pair of cast iron & wood benches designed by Folke Bensow (1886–1971) in the 1920's. Tradardsmobel Nr 2 (Garden Furniture Nr 2). Produced by Nafveqvarns Bruk. Sweden, ca 1930 - 60s.
Bensow designed several pieces of garden furniture for Nafveqvarn's mill, which were exhibited at, among other places, the World Exhibition in Paris in 1925 and at the Metropolitan Museum in New York in 1927. -
