Description
These lighting fixtures provide ambient illumination while serving as architectural focal points. Their elongated form creates dramatic shadows and visual interest on wall surfaces.

The minimal yet expressive design complements both contemporary and traditional interiors. Each sconce maintains a slim profile while making a strong visual statement.

All of the creations by William Guillon is unique. Each is cast and finish every piece by hand, sculpting it specifically for each order. Each creation carries its own identity, shaped by the nuances of the process. Differences in size, form, and patina are inherent to the handmade nature of the work. The products are made in bronze and protected with Jade’s oil. Over time and with use, the material may evolve. Surface marks, tooling traces, and slight imperfections are part of the story of each object.

Pavilion is the collective vision of Deborah Colman and Neil Kraus, both graduates of the master of fine arts program at the Art Institute of Chicago. From a longstanding interest in art and design, frequent buying trips to France and Italy have influenced the direction of the gallery to offer items that are not easily sourced in Chicago and United States. Postwar design has been the focus for 18 yrs and we also look forward to new design that crosses boundaries and dialogues as well to the past
